US JOIST & GIRDER DETAILING SERVICES

We provide our Engineering Service from initial site studies, to design, to fabrication. Our Engineers collaborate with clients to understand the project so as to come up with most optimized and cost effective design solutions, especially in Civil & Structural Engineering sector. Our engineers are experienced with all international codes of practice and exposed to various software used in the industry.We offer Connection Drawings E.g. Shear Connections, Moment Connections, etc as per LRFD & ASD. Connection design includes Beam to Column, Beam to Beam, Splice, Heavy Diagonal Brace Connection, Complex Truss Connection, etc. Detailed calculation with sketches are also provided in PDF or MS-Excel or MS-Word format. We offer structural design services of steel structure, foundation design etc and have expertise in using different design software.

MARINE ENGINEERING SERVICES

We are a unique group of talented individuals who specialize in providing Tekla 3D Modelling &Detailing services to the Fabricators.We have a talented and excellent resource pool of Modellers, Detailers, Checkers and Project Managers. Each assignment is handled by teams, headed by a Project Manager with Modellers, Detailers and Checkers with utmost care in translating the customer requirements into detailed drawings / fabrication drawings. We try to achieve maximum FPY (First Pass Yield) on our deliverables. We ensure reduction in COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) through our quality in house checking procedure. Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality drawings in the best possible timeframe. We also provide Joist & Deck Detailing Services.

ARCHITECTURAL & BIM SERVICES

Complete design solutions of Naval and Commercial ships starting with concept design, basic design, structural and outfit design and detail design, structural analysis, propeller design, probabilistic Damage Stability calculation etc. Complete 3D modelling and generation of production drawings for structure, piping and outfitting.
